My TSH was 11 when they found it in pregnancy and my free t4 was 0.01. Good news is that you are far away from those levels. I was experiencing chest pain, palpitations and restlessness. This is why I went to the doctor because of the symptoms and they discovered I had hyperthyroidism. After this I engrossed myself with information regarding hyper and I went to see a endocrinologist. OB/GYN's are not specialized in that area and usually refer out to that specialist.
The biggest thinjg to do is further investigation/testing to find out the readings. So many factors play a part in youre thyroid (weight change, stress and so on).
Another symptom that I had was feeling very warm and people would say you're hands see very warm are you ok. That is a symptom of hyper.
Keep me posted on further test. I know it is a very stressful time and it makes you very nervous. I know how you are feeling.
P.S. I will say and extra prayer for you and youre baby. Take care and Good luck! Keep me posted.

The TSH is only slightly high so the risk is fairly low, but we typically treat with levothyroxine in this case to keep TSH in the 0.3-2.0 range during pregnancy.

Hi! I know how you feel I was also diagnosed with hyperthyroidism during pregnancy but, my child was born healthy and is developmentally on track. One of the most dangerous things about being hyperthyroidism is not getting treated this does but you at risk for other problems but you are on the right track. just follow what you're md says and I am sure everything will be fine. It makes you very uneasy to think something is wrong but you can have a healthy pregnancy and child.

Good luck and hope everything goes well.
GOD BLESS!
