Polyglandular Autoimmune Syndrome

Hi!!  Just a question about PAS....I have (+) Celiac Antibodies, (+) thyroglobin antibodies,  premature ovarian failure (at age 28).  I'm now 40 and I have labwork that is showing my TSH =1.6, FT4= 0.68, FT3 =281, and T4 =10.... ACTH=6, Cortisol@7AM=9, and my DHEA-S=34.  I am on Estrogen 1mg/daily d/t TAHBSO....could this impact those levels....I'm tired, I've gained weight and I'm feeling like my endocrine system is "out of whack"...I'm dizzy alot and I'm concerned that all of this could be PAS...any input would be great.  Jen

Im saw that you think I should be tested for Addisson's I'm going to my PCP this Saturday...I will reques these tests to be done.  I also would like to have my thyroid levels checked again...I've just stopped my Estrogen Therapy (1mg/daily) how long should I wait before I have ALL this bloodwork done, ...I don't want any of that estrogen to impact any of my blood results...like it has in the past.  Any thoughts on this would be GREAT!!!!!
