I was put on Levoxyl 25 microgram.  After about 1 month, suddenly my abdomen and legs are extremely swollen.  I had no energy and felt extremely tired.

I had never felt this way before the Levxoyl prescription.  I stopped the med because it made me feel a lot worse than before the med.  My tsh was 8.3

I had stopped the med for 2 months now.  My abdomen and legs are
still extremely swollen.

Does anyone have similar experience?

Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
The dose increase may have been too much or too quick for your individual system.  If you weren't having the over-stimulation symptoms on 100mcg then consider trying the 112mcg dose for 6 weeks and re-evaluating.  The fullness in the throat can be evaluated with thyroid ultrasound to make sure there is not enlargement/nodules there.
