Thanks for the info - the post Thyrogen Tg of <0.2 is very reassuring.  I assume the Tg-Ab level is negative, else the Tg is not interpretable.

The lymph node dimesions sound ok -- with possible exception of the R int JV LN measuring 6x10 in the transverse plain -- likely this is a benign reactive LN .  We usually see more rounded LN's in the submandibular area (ie 7x8mm).  

Sounds like your endo is following appropriately -- does the doc do the U/S or a tech at the imaging center?
