still don't feel right

Hello,I am 52 and after 3 mths of misdiagnoises I was finally diagnoised with hashimotos with a tsh of 84. I was put on t3/t4 and it helped a lot. My bones and muscles still hurt so bad and found out I was low on vitamin d. I still dont feel well. I have such sore joints, fatigue that is unbearable, dry skin rash, pain and tingling in my arms mild sweating at night and a twitch under my eye. I had my blood tested for anemia and it was fine. I am self pay and running up out money and energy. Can you please give me a direction to look into. I am tired of being asked if I have sleep apnea or some other ridiculous question. Please help me. Thanks Mary

It may take 6 months or more of adequate thyroid hormone replacement to begin to feel better.  Replacing vitamin D (sometimes with prescription strength) is very important in this setting.

Sweating and twitching may be from too much T3 - would ask your doctor about that.

Sleep apnea is common - so don't be too quick to dismiss that possibility....
