Weak muscles!! Im 22! Why?! Thyroid issue!?

Hi my name is Brett,

I am 22 years old and I have anxiety and depression with IBS. I am having thoughts actually for the last 2 years that my thyroid might be the root to all of these problems because I have problems concentrating, my joints hurt sooooo badly notingly my hips, collar bones, hands, ankles, knees, lower back bone tail bone and surrounding lower back area. I have MEGA mood swings all the time and sometimes have a hard time keeping myself under control. I dont know what to do anymore so I need answers. Please help me!!

Also, adding to my last post. In my response to low levels of energy I then began starting taking those Men ONEADAY multi-vitamins which gave me energy but also made my bones feel more weak then they were and it felt like I could snap in half where it hurts the most which is in my lower back tail bone area. I could really feel the weakness being distributed out from my thyroid area, and things that I could normally lift easily became a problem for me as well as my balance. My whole body was effected by taking these vitamins that I thought would help! Any answers?!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
You need to see your doctor for a general evaluation, including thyroid blood tests.

Thank you for responding doctor. I have a scheduled appointment for Monday to have blood tests done to find out if my thyroid is the issue. Thanks again doc.!

Sincerely,
