HYPO THYROID PROBLEM & MENSTRUAL CHANGES.

M 24 year unmarried female. In April'13 my TSH, T3 and T4 were with in range but Anti TPO came out as 240 when it should be <35. In those days my menstrual cycle used to be medium as compared to before where it used to be heavy. I started taking Homeopathy treatment since May. In June Anti TPO test came out to be 82 which shall be <60.
T3, T4, TSH still in range. In September'13, Anti TPO came out to be 87.70 which shall be <60. Since two months (August and September) I have noticed that my menstrual cycle now tends for 3 days where 1st day is a heavy flow day then 2nd day becomes medium and suddenly third day vry light in fact next to no flow. Some times I notice itching.
Kindly tell me how to deal with thyroid problem and also Why is the change in the menstrual cycle going like this? Is it a cause of some serious issue or worry..
Pls help.

With the normal TSH levels, hard to conclude that the presence of TPO antibodies (meaning autoimmune thyroid disease) would impact menstrual flow.  There is evidence that TPO antibodies influence fertility and miscarriage rages - so if pregnancy is planned, this should be discussed with your doctor.  Selenium is the only supplement that has been shown to possibly decrease TPO levels (at least in properly done research studies).
