The IGF-1 is slightly low, non-specific for GH deficiency -- stimulation testing could be done (seems like this is the plan).
The TSH is borderline high -- would consider TPO antibodies to see if this may be early Hashimoto's.
Hi,
what was the normal lab ranges? Your doctor should also be checking thyroid antibodies and fT3. Your TSH is only high normal by the new range. However, if your antibodies are high you may be at the beginning of hypothyroid and your TSH not yet showing the effects.
You also need to be tested for pituitary. Usually this is a combination of hormone tests and MRI. Particularly given the headaches and vision change. Can you elaborate what the vision change was?
Have you been checked for B12 and iron deficiency? These can also cause fatigue. what about PCOS? (Polycystic Ovarion Syndrome). I am assuming you are a woman.
Best regards
It was hashimoto's. Thank you. If I hadn't found this site she would never have tested me! Now, getting treatment is another battle!
no constipation-oppisite in fact
BP is with in normal range 75-80/120-127 usually
Haven't hit my head. No sinus trouble, have had some hearing loss thought it was infection but doctor said it looked clear.
tests showed I was not deficent in b12 or iron, sorry did keep that test but it was mid range of normal.
Thank you for your interest.
Do you have problems with constipation? Constipation can also cause migranes. How is your BP. Have you hit your head or sinus trouble? B-12 vitamin deficiency can cause tireness and also iron deficiency. Have your Md run more test.

Is your doctor an endocrinologist? If not, you need to be referred to one.
