Hello Dr.Mark

I did ultrasound for thyroid and here is my result.
the thyroid gland is normal in size, with thr right lobe measuring 3.1*1.4*1cm and the left lobe measuring 3*1.2*1cm.the thyroid echotexture is homogeneous.there is questionable solid nodule mid pole left lobe measuring 0.8*0.5cm.

impression: questionable nodule left lobe as above. correlate with nuclear thyroid function scan.

please Dr. what is that mean my family doctor said nothing to worry about and everything is normal. but i don't find the result normal...

thanks in advance

You have an elevated TSH and a sister with Hashi - you probably have Hashi, but would recommend TPO/Tg antibodies to confirm.  If positive, and TSH consistently elevated, would consider medications.
