how long for tsh to come up

I had a total thyroidectomy four months ago due to graves disease. I'm taking Synthroid. I've tried 112, 100 and 88. Currently on 100. My FT3 and FT4 look good (with each dose, though with 88 my FT4 was going to the low end), but my TSH has been suppressed (and had been for close to a year before the surgery). How long does it take for the TSH to come back up?

It may take up to 12 months.
Would talk to the endocrinologist about other causes of low TSH, would check ultrasound to make sure thyroid is completely removed and consider pituitary testing to confirm the TSH is a reliable reflection of thyroid status.
