Help with this

my 26 years old youn woman has the following lab resulst would love to hear you opinion 2 nodules from both sides of tha thyroid 1.2/1.0/1 and 0.9/0.9/0.7 total size of the thayroid gland is 13.2.THS 17 ( 12-22) FT4 17 ( 12-22) thyreoglobulin antybodys 917 ( less then 100) do you think that she should be on tyroxine docors ar giving different opinions . thanks

Dr Lupo thanks again and again ....Sorry for the miscommunicating the total volume I meant is 13.2  cm3 and I know that it is  good size since mine is 12 mc3 it used to be 26cm3.

Sounds like she has a large thyroid (hard to tell with the 13.2 comment, but if this is centimeters, that is large) and positive antibodies (auto-immune thyroid disease) with a mid-high normal TSH.  This would be a candidate for medications.  Would also perform ultrasound if not already done to make sure there are no abnormal nodules.
