low THS (0.40) with insomnia and sweating

Am 47-year-old female and was told I am hyperthyroid, (THS 0.40) but have not been losing weight.  However, I have noticed lots of hair loss, puffy eyelids, eyelid twitching, oily sking with acne along with insomnia (can't fall asleep) and nervousness....like a feeling of adrenaline rush. Is this something that should be treated, or just watched?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
A TSH of 0.4 is borderline and not diagnostic of hyperthyroidism.  Given symptoms, would test TSI to screen for early Graves' disease and follow thyroid function at 3 month intervals for 2-3 tests to confirm a trend.

In some cases with lowish TSH, we do try methimazole to see if bringing the TSH up a bit helps these non-specific symptoms, but would usually not do this until TSH is < 0.3
