You have hypothyroidism that requires treatment.
TSH of 10.45 is slightly better than 14.24, but would increase the dose of levothyroxine (? to 88 or 100mcg) and target TSH of 0.5-2.0.

As u prescribe i increased my dose from 50 to 75. but i realy donot know how & when to take the medicen, i used to take it empty stomach but it had some strang effects so i wait half an hour after light break fast & i feel better & i split my doses in two, 50 mg in the morning at 8.00 and 25mg in the evening at 9.00.
Please Doctor guide me to the best way as i folow ur guideline in this way.

dear asalamualykum, as i to am victim of hypothyriod, plz. donot be panic, there is nothing worry about, u will be allright withn six months, but start medication immidiately after consulting some endocrenologis and take advice from Dr. M.Lupo, follow his guidelines properly. i realy trust him u may too after following him.
