thyroid issues on meds

when i went to get a blood tests for a medication i was on.my thyroid(tsh) was high.i have yet to go some place to check it out.

TSH being high suggests a sluggish thyroid.  Several medicines including amiodarone, lithium, interferon and others may cause this.  Repeat test in 6 weeks (sooner if the tsh was very high -- like >10) - if still high -- consider treatment.

If your TSH is high,then you need to go have it checked out and treated if needed.  Make sure FT-3 and FT-4 is also checked with the TSH. If the FT-3 and FT-4 show possible autoimmune then have all five antibodies done to confirm autoimmune.
