I did the same things! I, too, was also diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome when I was around five. Yes, you should call the school and have a DISCRETE meeting about it. I remember when I was in first grade (that's when we first found out), my parents called the school and had a meeting with the principal about it. They even called me out of class so I could sit there. But, enough about me. Make sure the meeting ks discrete, like mentioned before, and just talk to the principal about kt, and also make sure the teachers know, as well.
did you get any help with your son my grandson was rolling his eyes and we took him to have them tested his vision is perfect they said he had dry eye he then started moving his head which was heartbreacking to see the doctor sented us to hospital to get a scan which the hospital did not do we had 3 doctors guessing what was wrong they were sending us home with drops for his eyes ontil i demanded bloods and a throat swap.all came back clear .he is 5years old the tics change so quickly we got a private clinic a consultant paediatric neurologist who said he had tics and a vocal tic which was sniffing she ordered more tests but said it will be with him for life and after a year it wouldbe tourettes we hope not i was thinking of finding other ways of treating him natural without meds can anyone help me because as hard as i tryi cant find anyone to talk to they are telling me there is nothing i can do but wait at least a year has anyone got good news
