Fainted and woke up with sharp pain on head Do I need to see a doctor?

8:30am went shopping, asked for water though wasn’t tasty I drank it. 10am felt dizzy standing, sat 10seconds felt better. Walked 30steps felt dizzy again, bent head asked for seat that’s all I remembered.
Woke With sharp pain on head right side than left side
Drank water wasn’t tasty neither sweating sat for 3minutes, went home.

Had yorghurt, sausage roll and bread at home head pain very active couldn’t touch right side front head veins around there hurts badly.
Paracetamol 500mg 2capsule after eating.

Couldn’t Rest, feeling restless.
An hour later diarrhea and nausea from 2:30pm -7pm 6times toilet visit
Weak took flagyl 400mg. Didn’t vomit
Slept woke up, pain lesser front right side of head. Talk or eat i feel pain. Could touch today unlike yesterday.
Diarrhea stopped no nausea.

Do I need to get checked at the hospital? please advice thank you.
