ct scan. hole in head and thin blood vessle

I am suffering with weird head sensations irritabily. And waking up dizzy  sometimes. But mostly lightheaded ness for a long time. I went to the doctor.
He oftered me to go to a ct scan. When he recieved the ct scan. He told me my ct scan he was surprised or maybe got the wrong one. He said the ct scan showed signs like a hole. Like My brain as if i had surgery but i didnt have
any surgery. Also the concerned he says they found a thin blood vessle its also like close to the skull. Thin.
Help i need some info about this and very woried and relieved at the same time becaude im suffering and feel like im avout to go nuts or something. This head sensation is irritable and i feel like im drunk or something lightheaded walking.

Hole in head i didnt have any surgery in the past and thin blood vessle and near skull.
Do i have to worry.
Help need info
