So im not sure if some of you had read my past questions about my headaches, June 25th 2009 i was in a car accident got concussion had headaches ever since... i went to a chiropractor and she helped me and told me what was wrong, she said my top few spine bones (sorry not sure what they are called) are twisted so she worked on me to try and straighten them as my head now leans to the left, she wants to me to try n focus on keeping my head straight but it is hard as im not aware of it and not sure when it is straight, would a neck brace help me straighten it up and stop my headaches?? or is it to late for a neck brace? she said my headaches are due to my bones digging in my muscle and making them spasum

Iv been to 3 neuros they all said I have a concussion and they said they said it could last the rest of my life so then I went to a pain specialist and he gave me shots in my head and that didn't work so then he did a nerv block and ect I am now numb in my neck and i still have headaches. So I went to a chiropractor and she manipulated me and did massages and ect, she finally told me what's wrong that my neck is going to the left and my bones r twisted so I was wondering if a neck brace would help as I am having trouble focusing on keeping it straight.

Yes, it is possible to get headaches due to pinched nerve in the neck region called cervical spine region. The only way to confirm this is get a MRI of the cervical spine and consult a neurologist. Sometimes the problem is simple and can be corrected by braces, traction and physiotherapy. Surgery is recommended if medical treatment and physiotherapy option fails. Hope this helps. Take care!
