CT scans may cause a cancer but MRIs are 100% safe.  Most likely you are fine but if I were you I would insist for an MRI just to rule out anything.

Hope you took a CT scan or MRI and came to the conclusion.  Again it is too early to say it is Post Concussion Syndrome.  I am suffering from Post Concussion Syndrome and it is worse.  Give some time to heal before you start any activities and you will be fine.  Doctors didn't tell me to take rest and I returned to activities soon and on disability now.
Good luck.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Yes, please go to the ER or neurologist and get a CT scan or MRI as the neurologist advises. There is a chance it is either concussion or a bleed in the brain. It can also be a subdural hematoma.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Hi,
It could be a concussion.  Hope you don't have hematoma, CSF leak etc.,  Since you mentioned your eyes are dilated I suggest you go to ER immediately and get a CT scan done to make sure nothing wrong.
Good luck.
