please help

after a bang to right side of my head in 2004 Ive had clear smelly fluid leaking from my nose, worse on right side, the side I banged my head. Also nasal cavity is red and sore, again worse on right side. Fluid leaking from my eyes and eyelashes fall out as my eyes are gritty and sore. Have a dent on right side of my forehead where I banged it. Pain is horrendous. Had brain scan and CFC scan but both came back as clear. Dr,s at neurology department insist its migrane headaches but had migranes as a teenager and bear no resemblence to pain Im suffering as the pain is in the spot where the dent is and the knock to the head occurred. They also put the fluid down to being catarrh as does my own doctor. Please help - Im at the end of my tether with this ongoing problem.

Hi!
If you have pain, inflammation, and watering from eyes and nose can be due to injury to a nerve or pinched nerve, an infection or a trauma. Hence it could be Trigeminal neuralgia, abscess in tooth, exposed root canal, internal ear infection, maxillary sinusitis, TMJ, migraine, herpes (recurrent) without rash or fibromyalgia localized to face. You need to consult a neurologist, a ENT specialist and a dntist to rule out these possibilities.
Take care!
