my gallbladder was removal i have panic attacks

I had my gallbladder removal on December 12,2011 for 3 years and i still get pain.
I been having severe pain like a heart attack that make me go in to a panic attack i seen 2 heart doctors and had to wear this little beeper on my heart for a week they wanted to put me on this 45min test but i am lazy and would die trying but they said my heart is healthy. I have sharp chest pain i feel like i am sweating but i am not i feel like i am burning but i am not and it make me feel dizzy i have to wet some thing with ice water to cool me down if not i freak out even more. My upper and lower abdomen burns from time to time after eating or some time when i think i feel sick and make my self freak out even more it sharp pain. I get right shoulder pain alot. I get heart burning acid reflux and lots of gas and i burp alot. some times i get twisting burning pains in lower abdomen with burning diarrhea. I am scared to go to bed some times because this all happens after i eat or at 3am off and on i am sick and tired of this i dont like to leave my house because i am scared that ill have a panic attack the only place ill go is to my moms but i make sure i am feeling ok before i leave my house.
The doctors dont know what it is because they said it was my gallbladder now that gone and i still feel the pain. I have seen 2 heart doctors 3 doctors 2 ladies trying to help me eat. I quit the coffee i dont eat candy's chocolate or any fatty foods. I been 110 to 116 forever i use to be 134lbs i cant go over 116 even if i try my hardest but if i go to 110 they are going to keep me. I try google it to see if someone could help me but i cant find the help i need. I do smoke smokes maby haft pack a day i dont drink not even pop i drink lots of water i dont do drugs i use to smoke pot when i was 16teen. I sleep at least 8hrs a day. I some time go for a walk on the beach if i feel well and not sick.
I am 29year's old i live a happy life with my boyfriend that help's me out all the time stays up with me to make sure i am well. I dont know if i am sick or if its all in my head and i am making it bigger then what it really is.

I don't think you are making it up.

This article may help you understand post-cholecystectomy pain syndrome.

I had problems even after my gallbladder came out, and my surgeon said I had Celiac disease and I had to stop eating gluten.  So you could first try stopping dairy because that is a food that upsets a lot of people's GI tract.  If that doesn't make a big difference, get tested for Celiac disease.
