Also when i lay down for a sleep then after 5 min or so there is a pulsating throbbing in particular side of head ,

and this makes it more weird that for relaxation after masturbation there is pulsating throbbing from the genital and kind of uneasiness which only eases after i hold something tight between the legs like a pillow.

This sounds very weird but believe me i followed it for 3 days and then confirmed it.

Does it lead to problem any where?

Here's a couple of ideas:
1.  The thermometer may not be good any longer.  The obvious...If it's electronic, have you checked the batteries?  If it's old school mercury, the seal may be compromised and the unit is inaccurate.

2.  You can "guess" about the presence of a temp by checking the ears.  If the ear(s) are at the same or similar temp as the body, then you need to take the temp and possibly see a doc.  If the ear(s) are noticeably cooler than the body, you may not have a temp.  BTW, this methodology takes practice.  Please keep in mind your body will have it's own pattern.

3.  This is a long term condition and I would see the doc.  Keep asking questions/searching until the situation is resolved.  This is not healthy nor quality of life.  Maybe you should ask about resistance to the meds...you as well as the bacteria ("acute tonsilits").

Listen to your body's signals.  It is designed to communicate with us.
