HELP! ASAP PLEASE THIS IS REALLY SCARING ME!

What does it mean when i constantly get a pain that feels like a blocked vein in my neck in the front left side? it really hurts, it'll get worse like a proper block, like a stone or something is caught, and when i move it just right and fix it it feels like i popped something and it hurts really badly, sometimes the pain lasts the whole day after i fix it.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Well yes! As caregiver pointed out, it can indeed be a carotid block and this can have dangerous consequences. Hence it is important to have a prompt evaluation. Other than this it can also be TMJ straining your sternocleidomastoid muscle in the neck or it can even be muscle inflammation.
However, this cannot be diagnosed on net.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!

I have been going to the physio for the pain in  the back of my neck and it locks alot it also gives pain in the head and follows to the top of my back i used to crack it to make it feel better and sometimes it was painful but most times it would get rid of the pain. when i went to physio the lady told me i had a stiff neck and she used to press down on it so hard to get rid of the pain. with it being at the front of your neck im not to sure best get it checked out maybe xray to see,

You really need an in-person evaluation. If the pain is in the carotid artery you require an immediate visit to an emergency room.
