Upper shoulder pain
On my right side next to my neck above my shoulder, I have constant dull pain at time during the day it swells up and becomes very painful. The pain awakens me from my sleep, I've taken aspirin and ibuprofen it doesn't always help the pain is constant. I haven't been in an accident nor I've a muscle it's been going on for a few months now. Anyone experience this same problem? Help?
