Head pressure/ sinus pressure, nausea, vomiting, headaches, foggy

I wake up in the morning and pretty much feel like crap. Head pressure maybe from clenching my teeth in my sleep.  Can't wear mouth gard cause it gives me headaches. I'm sensitive to store lights, smells, movement. The pressure in my head gets worse as morning goes along, I feel on the verge of dizzy, headache and if it persists and I don't take promethazine for nausea then I will vomit and keep on vomiting until I can get a nausea pill to stay in me. My doctor doesn't want to pprescribe anymore promethazine because he says long term frequent use is bad. I've been on it straight for over two years. On and off also with each pregnancy because I'm puking the whole time. When I get to the point of throwing up then I can't take care of myself or my kids. My husband has had to miss work to come home and take care of me and kids. Are youngest is 20 months old. I also get sick when I do laundry or pick up stuff around the house, lots of up and down and back and forth movement will set me off. I am also under the care of my ear nose and throat doctor. He has prescribed me allergy meds but none have yet to work.  If anyone has these symptoms and maybe have any ideas to whAt could be the cause I would be forever grateful. I feel trapped in my body! Another thing is I've seemed to got worse after the last two kids which were born in 2013, 2015. I also had nasal surgery for my sinuses in 2009 , maybe started feeling this way since can't remember. Thank you

You did not mention anything about a head scan. CT? MRI? Anything? I am a 21 year old woman and I experienced brain pressure and after a CT, MRI and PET scan I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. This is not to worry you, but it is very important you look further into your problem. Please consider telling your doctor about this.
