Why is my discharge brown

So I am a virgin and have never had my period I do Masbate sometimes though (only rub) and I have been having BROWN DISCHARGE I am very confused on why it sometimes has blood in it and it sometimes leaks out of my pantie liners (rare happened once) please tell me y asap

You are most likely having a slight period but not enough you would know until it gets washed out with vaginal fluids... sometimes fresh (red) sometime dried (brown).  Depending on your age you may want to visit a OB/GYN to help your cycle.
