Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You probably have an allergy or contact dermatitis that is causing your palms to itch. Tinea manum (ringworm of hand) or scabies are other causes. Contact dermatitis could be due to anything that your hands come in contact with. You must get an allergy test done, either a skin test or RAST, to know what you are allergic to. Well, itchy palms with tiny white blisters could be eczema or it could be viral in origin—as a part of hand foot and mouth disease. It can also be pompholyx characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles which itch and then peel off. As a result the skin may also fissure. The exact cause is not known but excessive sweating or allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Please consult a skin specialist as it is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.
Meanwhile you can apply a moisturizer, something with aloe vera and camphor and see if it helps. Take care!
I think the Question should be what causes it rather then know to fix it, If you know whats causing it then you can fix it.
