i would call your doctors office and ask them if this is normal. it could be normal or it could be panic attacks, sign of gallbladder or trapped gas who knows give your doc a call and ask to put your mind at ease

You need to see a doctor NOW. I am not sure what is causing this but you may have pneumonia. Your dizzyness could be caused by many things but the shortness of breath could be causing a lack of oxygen to your brain. Do yourself a favor and go to a doctor. If you can't afford one then go to the emergency room.

i am not a dr. but if it has been going on for over a week, u need to get an xray, and sometimes people that have a little extra lbs. around the middle, it could be compressing your diaphram and that could be part of the dizziness, but u do need to go see a doc., hope i have helped a little bit.........................bubbles4404
