Painful dark spots on underside of scrotum.
I'm 16 years old, and I've been feeling pain around my Scrotum since around this morning. There are 2 dark spots next to each other on the underside of my scrotum, and the area around them is reddish. Upon touching them I get a sharp stingy pain. Any ideas on what it could be?
