Please help me!!!

I have been slowly getting worse over the last year. Here is my symtoms:First I have had these strange(millions of them) red dots coming on me legs, chest, arms not face so far. Not peticahe had that checked.second:extreme aching from head to toe many left side of body.Third:Often feel faint. sweat at night. Sinus seems to be messed up most of the time.Lumps under skin. Huge lump in groin area atleast once a month.bowel troubles(constipated alot) knots in lymph nodes on neck.bloated most days,
So, here's my history: Smoker off and on for last 25 yrs, tubal ligation,gallbladder,childbirth,oophectomy(3 months ago)had sepsis in 2005. They say I have hiatel hernia, now emphesema(spelled wrong) had a cold 3 weeks didn't do well on their breathing test so now they say that's what's wrong. I quit smoking. And truthfully, haven't smoked more than 10 cigarettes a day for over a year as I cramped up and got so dizzy from just one cigarette.
i hope and pray you can give me some answers or atleast where to look next. I'm 51 yrs. old always was healthy and now it's like I'm starting to slowly die and no one can help me. I really am desperate for some help.thank- you

Talk to your doctor. & ask him what it could be. Ask the doctor for another perspective (to ask another doctor). And i agree with PlateletGal

Thank-you for your suggestion. I can't honestly answer that as I truly feel they don't listen to me. I did just have zithromyacin for chest cold but other than that no other antibiotics.
What makes you think it could be this?

Have your physicians ruled out the possibility of a low-grade, underlying infection ?
