I to get shakey legs or watery or rubbery legs. Its all nerves pal. It comes and goes. See your primary he may script you some meds to keep calm. If you rather go natural I suggest Omega 3 fatty acids or St Johns Wort ( these are natural calming agents). Keep working out the legs ie treadmill , deep knee bends etc You may wish to see a chiropractor. A good one will get you straight plus mood enhancers you should be A-ok. Just a suggestion.....
My dad's legs start shaking like the Flintstones (cartoon), and everytime it happens we just hold onto his legs. He has been to 4 doctors i believe. And they all say the same thing, it is just his muscles and nerves coming back, which this last doctor is having him do an MRI.
A year ago he got burned with 269 degree water on his feet. That lead to 2nd degree and some 3rd degree burns on his feet and ankles.
Any advice?
I will suggest you see a doctor and ask him to investigate.
make sure the investigation lead to a solution.
