Strange Lump behind my Ear

Yesterday I noticed a lump behind my ear.  When I went to show my partner it, the lump had gone.  Later it came back again and I noticed the effects it has on me when it again disappeared.  It leaves me with a straining feeling in my eye, then tooth ache.  Today, the lump has came and went about 7 or 8 times.  The pain in the eye and the pain in the tooth the same when it goes.  Any clues?  I'd take myself to the Doctor... if it would stay long enough!

haha dont you love it when you hit that proverbial nail on the head ..you know those tricky lymph nodes in fact cause a lot of anxiety and many folks think they are lumps, bumps and things that can be dangerous ...its okay we all do it ...good luck.

Thanks Margypops...you were spot on.  I googled it and got a fright of my life so went to the Doc... Silly moo googling! Just a lymph node doing what its supposed to be doing... Many Thanks for your reply. :-)

I can't remember exactly what it's called, but it's connected to the sinuses somehow. Had a friend with the same problem. He just took Tylenol.
