Why am I having symptoms I dont understand could it be stds?

Hi. I beg everyone for a reassuring help. I had 3 exposures 6 months ago. It was protected after all that I been having symptoms of cold feet sore throat. Ringing in ears. Flu symptoms white coated tongue  some red tiny spots on my thighs they dissaeapered now and now I have two on my forearm.  Use to have diarheaa. Little redness on urethra opening and around glands a purple ring. Itchy body all over.  I tested negative for hiv syphilis gonorrhea chlamydia. After 4 months of last exposure. How conclusive are my tests. I've read on other forums that it can't be detected throughout a year. That feed more anxiety for me. Please if anyone has an answer
Thank you

If test says no HIV then you should be comforted in that part. However, if you go to unknownstd free forum you will find that your symptoms are shared by many. If you think you are getting better than I would avoid reading things on line. However, if you are like many others that modern medicine is not really helping you may want to see what is working for others who have this unexplained condition. It is not just in your head.
