I am 17 and I have constant severe diasble migraines that cause me to miss allot of school as well I wish I had more info but all my doctor can do is give me more meds saying it is just migraines and send me home and then in a couple months it is a switch of the meds cause thay have stopped working, I hope for your sake they are just temporary and will go away on there own but they may be migraines I hate to say.

Hi!

What you say about copper seizes me a little bit. It is totally correct that copper is consumed by infections. They are important in the fight against diseases. Copper is involved with numerous chemical processes.

Copper-deficiency could actually be part of why you feel so tired all the time. I can't say if headaches come of the copper-deficiency but it doesn't sound very illogical that being exhausted all the time would lead to headache?

I'd definitely ask my healthprovider what I could do about the copper-levels being low.

Nuts, apricots and vegetables contain much copper. Painkillers such as paracetamol can make a headache worse if you run on low copper-levels.

Phew, much info all at once...
Do ask if you want to know more about vitamins and minerals!
