I hope I have good news for at least one of you...

I have also been suffering from your symptoms for the past few months.  After just a few bites of food, I would feel like the room was spinning.  After a few months, it then got worse and I started to feel dizzy during the whole meal.  The blood tests run by different doctors all came out normal.  Finally...I had a doctor ask me if I had any silver fillings on my teeth.  Actually, I do!  The doctor said that was my problem.  She diagnosed me with mercury poisoning from the silver caps.  Of course, the mercury from these silvers fillings do not affect everyone in the same way.  But the doctor did explain to me, that there is a point in the life of the filling, where it starts chipping away faster and faster.  (They are probably about to fall)  Every time I chew, it stimulates the mercury and toxins are released and inhaled into my body!  WTH?!  You all may have known just how harmful these fillings are, but I had no idea.  I got them when I was a child and never thought anything of them.

So let me ask you a question...do you have any silver (mercury) fillings?

FYI...my dr has me on a detox program with all sorts of vitamins.  She gave me a list of foods to stay away from, such as foods with mercury (Chinese, fish, etc) because these foods are poison to people like me.  Once I have less mercury exposure in my system, I can then see a dentist about replacing the mercury fillings with white compound fillings.

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
If you have diabetes then sugar containing food can cause dizziness. Gluten allergy can cause dizziness on taking gluten rich food. People with high blood pressure get dizziness on taking high fat food. Food allergies and sensitivities too cause dizziness. Low blood sugar as in some diseases and on missing meals, too cause this. In fact severe anorexic states are responsible for dizziness. It is also possible due to severe acidity or acid reflux.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
