lab work

Just got my yearly bloodwork report back and as usual, two things are out of the normal range.  Wondering if anyone knows why.  The doctor just says not to worry.

My MCH is 35.0 (27-31 normal)
Potassium is 3.6 (3.9-5.2 normal)

The only ailments I have are hand and arm numbness when I sleep.  Could this be related?  Should I take potassium supplements?

P.S. --- As far as the hand & arm numbness... are you putting your head on your arm when you sleep ?

In my opinion, the MCH is nothing of great significance. The potassium is a little low and usually people who have a very low potassium can have some weakness or leg cramps. It is quite common for lab results to go up and down, especially as our diet changes. You may want to ask your physician whether or not you should take a multi-vitamin.
