Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Scanty flow than normal and bleeding in between can be due to the effect of the pills and plan B taken in the same cycle. This excess hormone can also be the cause of other symptoms. Pelvic tremors or vibrations can be due to PID or pelvic inflammatory disease, compression of spinal nerves or due to pudendal neuralgia as an initiating symptom. Menopause (ruled out in your case) and hormonal changes (like the ones you are suffering now or could even be due to PCOS) too can cause pelvic tremors. Please consult your gynecologist to start with. You may need to consult a neurologist too.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult your doctor. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I would take a pregnancy test. Clear Blue digital one would be my first choice because when I first found out I was pregnant I took a traditional test and the plus sign was really faint, so it was hard to tell. The clear blue test would give you a clear answer. If you are  not pregnant, it could just be side effects from starting your birth control. I had irregular periods for the first few months that I went on birth control and for the first few months when I went off it. Your syptoms could be caused by either pregnancy or just starting birth control.
