symptoms

hello, i've been having a few symptoms and wanted to know if they could be atributed to anxiety/panic or could be something else.
am battling with anxiety issues mainly heart anxiety because of my palpitations or the other way round i dont know.anyhow, i am doing cbt for 2 mos and try very hard to overcome this.

however i have a couple of symptoms which i'm not sure can be attributed to anxiety.

1) i have a feeling sometimes like someone is strangling me and i can't swallow

2) sometimes i get a feeling like my heart will stop although my pulse is great (i.e 68-72) and last night i was checking my pulse in my neck and thought it was slowing a lot and had a feeling like i would faint.

but thankfully my pvcs are a lot better so i don;t know what to think.

3)today while i was returning from shopping with my mother, i was carrying my 15month child and walking and
suddently i started to have sort of blurry vision and a feeling of weakness like i would faint but i didn;t it lasted for 2 secs.came home took my bp was 11.5/78 with pulse 120!but now 1 1/30 hr later its back to its normal i.e 10/6 and 70 pulse.
i am 33 fem with 3 children aged 6.5/5 and 15 month old baby.

i have hashimotos underactive thyroid for 12 yrs and also mild mvp with mild mitral regurg 1/4 which was
also diagnosed 12yrs ago. i had a great heart echo last year and stress test 2.5yrs ago also great.
last saw a cardiologist few months ago he saw all my tests and determined after examining me that
he can see nothing wrong with my heart.

4)left side chest shooting pain at rest

5)sometimes my upper back hurts

pls tell me yr thoughts on this.

could all these be anxiety or should i look for something else.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

These are all symptoms of panic attack.

Causes may be stress, anxiety, hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, Wilson's disease, mitral valve prolapse, pheochromocytoma and inner ear disturbances (labyrinthitis). Vitamin B deficiency  can also cause panic attack. Sometimes panic attacks may be a side effect of medications such as Ritalin (methylphenidate).

During a panic attack, Breathe slowly through the nose using the diaphragm and abdomen. Do not breathe through the mouth. Talk with a supportive person if you are feeling stressed or anxious.Do not worry about the future and talk to your family if feeling anxious.Pls get yourself evaluated for diabetes ,thyroid disorders and your heart valve disorders. Also take vit B supplements for some days.It might help.

If the symptoms persist then pls consult a physician. You may need anti anxiety medicines. You also need to continue with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep us posted if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
