Are these symptoms of a panic attack or anxiety?

Sometimes I can have a combination of symptoms including numbness in my face and head on one side (Not always on the same side), tiredness, pressure in my head on one side, or the centre of my head and I get the feeling of hyperactivity and panic, like I constantly have to be moving around. Is this anxiety/ panic attack, or could it be something worse? I am 16 years old, male, 119 pounds and 5ft 3 inches tall if this helps.

Are you on psych meds?  The needing to move sounds a little like akathesia.
Also I have heard some people describe bipolar symptoms as hyperactivity and panic/ anxiety.

I would talk to your doctor and get physical symptoms assessed.  If tests come back negative try a psych consult.

I used to get panic attacks so bad I would have to sleep afterward.  They do feel like the way you are explaining so it could be.  think about if it is triggered or not.  Also see a doctor about this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Hemi facial (half side) numbness is also seen in Bell’s palsy, trigeminal neuralgia where a spasm may cause numbness, or due to acoustic neuroma which is a benign tumor of the eighth cranial nerve. A high blood pressure and anxiety and panic attacks can be other problems causing this. It can also be a mini stroke like attack.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
