What's going on? Please help!!

I recently visited an OBGYN. I was experiencing irregular heavy bleeding that was completely out of character for me. Also a lot of pelvic pressure, feeling like something was falling out, stress urine incontinence, constipation and just the feeling that I had to urinate but couldn't.  The OBGYN did a quick pelvic exam and stated that my problems were not gynocological.  So.. I'm really not sure what to do right now.  Last time I checked these all appeared to be gyno-related.  He did a CT scan which showed no significant findings.  Should I let this go, or are there other tests that could help diagnose a problem?  I just felt really humiliated and stupid after I left his office.  I'm not really sure that I can see someone else at this time.  I'm just really frustrated at this point.  Thanks for the help

History: 4 pregnancies, 1 twin pregnancy, 5 vaginal births, 36 years old.

It certainly couldn't hurt to make an appt. with a urogynecologist.  They understand some of the symptoms you are describing.  It could possibly be any one of the pelvic prolapses (uterus, bowel, bladder, etc.).  Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
