MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
First of all it can be due to pulled muscle. Apply warm compresses and some topical muscle relaxants and take some oral analgesic like Ibuprofen. If the symptoms persist then it can be due to infections, inflammations or tumors of the colon. Infections can be due to amoebiasis or tuberculosis. Inflammatory bowel disorders are Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and appendicitis. Please consult a physician in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

If it the pain is severe I would go to a doctor as soon as possible.  Could be a pulled muscle from the weight lifting, could be a hernia, could be your appendix...  Lot's of possibilities...  Why would you suspect a kidney stone?  have you had one before?
