Try stopping each medication separately for a week at a time and see if your sensation changes. Also, consider stopping other medications that you may be taking in the same way. You should discuss your medications with your physician and my suggestion before going ahead with this, however. If the burning ceases, then add back the last medication discontinued and see if the discomfort returns.
Good luck!

Thank you for your reply.
I might have misinterpreted the definition. Instead of pain I may say it burns. I had kidney stones crushed about 18 years ago and am on a medication called Alkasolve,a Urinary alkalizer.,as well as Allopurinol after gout attacks about 25 years ago. Today these medications are being prescribed by a endocrinologist.
Maybe this additional information can lead to a better understanding.
Thank you
You are correct! I posted this answer to another question and for some reason it was posted to yours, also. Believe it or not, probably human error.
Anyhow, let's deal with your issue. I do not think that candida is the answer. A second opinion never hurts, but if this second opinion does not turn-up anything, then start thinking "out of the box." (to use what is becoming a hackneyed phrase). As I have commented to others, in the absence of any objective findings and having had an extensive work-up, one has to consider an emotional as opposed to a physical cause for pain. I have frequently prescribed mild tranquilizers (Librium) with excellent results in relieving these seemingly inexplicable pains.
Also, I have found that medicine cannot account for every pain and discomfort (especially the milder pains) that I come across in my practice.

I am afraid the reply is not in line with the definition of my problem
Does your penis curve upward or downward and to what extent? Many penes do not stand ramrod straight at right angles to the plane of the body. A mild upward or downward curve is quite acceptable. Generally speaking, 30 degrees up is not a problem, down is slightly more limited. These are measured at the base of the penis. If there is a sharp bend in the middle, that may be a problem. You can get a more personal answer by consulting a local urologist. The angle can be straitened.
