i am a 55 year old male, after becoming constipated for four days i took magnesium citrate and past a stool sample the size of a large base ball. after this i began passing air in my urine. i have dark urine with burning pain, i also have abdominal pain, fever and general weakness causing me to sleep 12- 14 hrs a day.this has been going on for 10 days.
also i have untreated type 2 diabeties a have been unable to achieve a penis erection in 2 years
