Bladder problem

Hi, I'm a 30 years old female who has been having a problem holding her urine. I can't never hold my pee and almost always wet my pants. It's extremely embarrassing, especially most of the time it's happening in public. I tried to drink less coffee and tea and any caffeinated drink. It's fine when I don't think about it or suddenly just forget that I need to pee, but the soonest the thought comes back, I would definitely wet my pants.
I don't know what's wrong with me. Is it something that STD's related, or just a weak muscle, or serious bladder problem?

Thanks.

have you had any children??perhaps your pelvic floor muscles are slack which could be causing the incontinence........
