I have this bump under my skin on my shaft for at least a year or less myb more it's hard bump and it's red-pinkish around and it hurts on touch it started today to hurt it's really annoying i didn't pop it or anything else and i have also white small hard bump with line in top and it's small smaller than pea i'm 19 and i mastrubate a lot but i'm trying to stop mastrubating for while until this goes away
