Bone like lump on the shaft of my penis
Hello I'm a large build type of guy ... For as long as I remember i have a bone like lump on the shaft of my penis , down near the base , it's around 2cm long about 1cm wide and high. it's there no matter if hard or soft . it dose not hurt but when I feel it it feels like the lump is between my skin and muscle, but if I try to move it or have long sex session it hurts , I'm to embarrassed to ask a DR .. I can not find out what it is , please I need your help I just want to know what this lump is
