Broken Penis
My penis is broken from all the manipulation I've done. My urination is now painful. I feel pain all over and specifically on one side. My ligament is torn and on top of that I have hematoma on the bottom side of my penis. It hangs on one side and now I no longer function like normal. I am now destroyed for life. I want to tell everyone to be careful VERY careful with their penis. Don't let this happen to it with your own hands you can't trust that. I broke it while it was erect on so many occasions. I didn't even realize the damage until recently. Now I can't sleep over it and my urination is painful the penis is painful. I can't have a normal life as a guy. It seems no stem cell news or science about penile restoration. I'm doomed for life. There is nothing else I can do. I don't want anything artificial in my body and my penis is no longer functioning like it used to. My tissues and nerves are dying and my sensations are no more. Is there any science that could save our penises? Why aren't more people researching why isn't the medical field able to save the penis? People laugh and laugh but the penis is actually a very important part of our bodies. We should all be lucky enough to at least have it function. I don't care about making it bigger anymore. I just want it to be like it used to be the same size and the same feeling. Please help!

I think that most males at one time in their lives have done something stupid to their penis, I'm included but it was not severe.
Currently at the age of 46, I have several urological conditions that make a sex life with my wife almost impossible. For the last 3 years, I have had a catheter in.
In 2003, I was seen by a urologist due to problems with ED, the urologist was part of a multi team health clinic under sexual health.
To make a long story short, Viagra and Cialis did nothing for me. The urologist decided to use caverject injections on me and I was for the first time since a long time able to obtain an erection.
I suggest that you try to find a urologist who specializes in ED or a reconstructive urologist. Determine if there is something that can be done to somewhat restore normal penile function. Prior to 2003, I had resigned myself to the fact that I was not able to obtain an erection.
Now since 2008 I have had more problems due to a hole between the prostate and rectum. As a result I end up with many UTI, kidney infections. surgery to correct this problem will lead the further problems with ED. However I don't think that I have much of a choice.
As for you not being able to conceive children, I don't think that you have to worry about that. Even with all your problems, semen should be OK. With caverject injected into the penis, you might be able to get an erection. Worrying about this causes psyhological problems that will interfere with you being able to obtain an erection.
Males who want to add lenght to their penis often have the suspensory ligament severed. With this the penis sort of hangs while erect instead of pointing up like in the case of a healthy penis. Still the penis can be ridget enough to facilitate sexual intercourse.
As a child, I was born with undescended testicles, and the right one did not come down till I was about 12-13. Being under the impression that retracting the foreskin forcebly, I would expose two balls instead of just the glans. I was only about 6 at the time. One day I decided to see what would happen if I forced the foreskin down hard. Almost immediately the skin that was still attached to the glans, like in a young child, was torn away from the glans and quite some bleeding was involved. I did not dare to retract the foreskin again fearing that the glans would fall off. For the following months, I did not retract my foreskin, not even when I showered.
Later in my teens I experimented many things involving my penis. On one occassion I managed to get a cheap ring on my penis. The process of getting it onto the penis was relatively easy. The problem came when I tried to remove the ring. I could not get it over the glans. When my penis started to become numb and discolored, I used a set of side cutters from my dad's tool box. I managed to create some space between the ring and the penile shaft. Using the side cutters, I had to reposition the tool several times before I was able to cut through the ring. For several days my penis looked very bruced, and I also suffered numbness in the penis for several months. It was not untill 1998, that I learned that I have a neuropathy that causes sometimes permanent numbness when pressure is applied to a nerve or nerves. No wonder that my penis was numb for several months.
Please consult your options or plans of treatements with a urologist. Remember that you are not the only one with simmilar experiences. Most urologists have seen cases that you were not even able to immagine. When I was in hospital for a TURP and resection of the bladderneck in 1995, I met another male patient who was 10 years older then what I was at the time. After asking me about my reason for being in hospital at my young age, (30), I asked him for his reason. Very embarrised he told me that he and his girfriend were fooling around with a small marble. The would insert the marble into the urinary meatus and down the urethra. This process went OK for quite a while when all of a sudden the marble went lower than expected. Since the marble had entered to urehtra closer to the bladder they were unable to bring it back up.
Since the item was round the urologist had been anable to grasp the marble using a scope.

Yeah heard some bad things on xcell center in germany there was two deaths but they fired the doctor that did the same procedures on both of the patents but they claim there safe and they did fired that doctor but always do your research I'm looking in the states for stem cell treatments
check Anthony Atala he produced penis for rats and it worked. soon i hope he does it for men and we will all be happy
Hey don't feel bad I got a cut penile nerve and lost alot of sensation I'm 28 now and it happened about 7 years ago so in in the same situation as u im doing alot of research in the fat stem cells or called Adipose stem cells I'm looking at the clinic in Arizona http://www.stem-cell-center.com/ check them out but I'm still looking around and researching on dangers/side effects from what I read it showes great promise on this and and very lil dangers but still researching cause there is always a risk but does. show great promise might get it done by next year so just so u know your not the only one with this problem and things can be done in the future

hey! calm down.. i had a penis injury too. from stupid penis enlargement methods and here i wrote as many as i can that it is dangerous to people who are asking about it.
i had damaged my veins there and they got varicosed. also i have some shape deformity and for a year i have been living with pain! all i am doing is waiting to heal it totally. or maybe one surgeon willl remove damaged veins or stem cell transplantation will recover my veins.

i know what u r passing trough and my advice is to not stop life. keep on working/studying and try to live healthy as much as u can. i can tell ur body has the potential to heal itself but u have to give it right resources to use.. have good diet, stay away from smoking-alcohol, take vitamins, eat natural food as much as you can.
and i know that you dont want an implant in your penis. so try to get help from stem cell treatment. i have sent a request to that clinic describing what i have and doctors cant help me. but also that is a surgery and it may have some side effects but i think it is much better then trying penis implants.
and plus.. i had times that i felt it is numb and not getting any erections but it was More mental now it works again fine. so try to relax and u will see it is working. hematoma can occur but the mark around there will pass in time. and how you are sure that you torn ur ligament? and also how u know that u damaged ur nerves? did u take penile doppler ultrasound? any MRI? any nerve tests? just go to a good clinic and have all your tests done and if there is not any visual deformity then keep on with healthy living!! it will save your life.

I won't be able to have a normal penis I can't even feel it anymore. I won't be able to have sex like normal guys, I won't ever have my old penis back. I'll never be me again. I'll just be damaged.
I wish I could be completely fixed. I wish I didn't have urethra problems. I wish I didn't make this horrible decision in life. I don't know why I didn't use my brain or didn't think it through but now I'll never be me again. I wish I didn't do such a stupid thing. You're not doomed. You are depressed. Start with that.
The injury you've described does not suggest that you are infertile or can not have children. The injury may have been life-changing, but your life is not over.
Have you been examined by surgeons? Even if the damage can't be completely fixed, there is certainly hope that your life can be repaired. The first step is to admit that you can't fix things by yourself (which you have done), and seek help.
