Why is my penis hurt when I orgasm?
It been 6 days now, every time I orgasm, I feel like the semen get stucked in the middle of my penis for like 0.5 seconds, and then everything gets out. That 0.5 second blockage hurts. I feel like the pain is in my urethra. Why is that? I am 27 years old male in good health.
