Can't take much more of this PAIN!!!!

Can't take much more of this PAIN!!!!

i'm wondering if anyone who has bladder problems could please help me.  i had a csection in june of this year and for the past two months i've been suffering with incredible pain.  It changes through out the day..at the worst it feels like there's a burning knife stuck up inside my vagina pressing on my cervix. At the best i'm aware that something feels sore and swollen behind my pubic bone. I was treated for uterine infection because my dr. thought perhaps that's what was causing all of the pain.  It hurts more to sit and also hurts when i cough, sneeze or laugh (anything exerting pretty much)  I'm starting to get so worried that i have cancer or some sort of serious infection. I had a pelvic ultrasound and uterus, tubes and ovaries are all fine.  I've also had spotting and didn't have my first period after the csection until October but i think that might just be a coincidence. I was to the ER last weekend because of all the pain and when the dr. did a pelvic exam it was really tender when she  pressed on my pubic bone and bottom of bladder. She thought my bone may have been inflamed but anti inflamatory drugs are doing nothing. For those of you that suffer with bladder issues does this sound at all like the pain? I'm seeing a gyno in a week and a half but i'm afraid it's my bladder and she won't be able to help me which will prolong this agony even more. Can anyone share some info/advice..i'd really appreciate I should also mention that when i cross my legs or close them tightly i feel pain on both sides of my groin, just feels really sore.

Hello,
This pain can be due to pelvic inflammatory disease, adhesions formed in uterus after C section, radiating pain from the bladder due to cystitis or vaginal or cervical infections. Pelvic inflammatory disease is an infection of the uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries. It occurs when bacteria move upward from a woman's vagina or cervix to her uterus or fallopian tubes. The general infections are Chlamydia, gonorrhea and other sexually transmitted infections. I sincerely advise you to consult a gynecologist and get cervical swabs and pelvic ultrasound done to find out whether PID is responsible for your symptoms.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
