Chronic Prostatitis Pain Moving

70+ yr old male--pain started on tip of penis and shaft--more like a pinching or annoying tickle, non-stop.  Have had multiple urine tests and a cystoscopy--nothing showed.  Had a TURP four years ago and urologist say prostate has not enlarged again but this is driving me to distraction.  Have been given, prednisone, cipro, gabapentin, ibuprofen, pyridium.  Nothing is working; well, it works for a little while but then it's like taking nothing.  Feels like if I could ejaculate it would ease it but can't seem to do that.  Now, however, the burning pain has moved down to the perineum.  Is there anything to take until the next urologist appointment in three days?
